The judgment I lost today

Someone sent me an arbitration award for a large amount against a unique named debtor.  I asked for a copy of the judgment. I never do any research until I see the judgment from a state or federal court.  The creditor refused to get a copy of the judgment and went with another enforcer who said yes, I will take it before they saw a copy of the judgment.  Until one sees a copy of the judgment, one does not know for sure who the plaintiffs and defendants are, what is owed, or when the judgment will expire.   I hated to miss out on a judgment, but I think I am taking the high road not taking a judgment until I see the judgment.   Mark Shapiro - JudgmentBuy.com
