My debtor just incorporated!

Q: I have a judgment against a DBA that formed a corporation right after
the judgment with the same name as the DBA. How do I go against the corporation?

A: You don't. A DBA is not a separate entity from the debtor, it is just another name for the same debtor. Go after the assets of the debtor. A corporation is owned by its shareholders and the corporation was not named on the judgment. To get at the corporation, go after shares belonging to the judgment debtor.
