"I do not fall for scams" is the most useful thing to say or write to a telemarketer or a spammer.
I have found that those 6 words work wonders to make telemarketers hang up quick, and spammers to stop emailing you. Almost as good, is "I am broke and about to go bankrupt", that works too.
