They gave me a vague answer with links that did not work, I do not need this frustration - Google Postini was $12 a year, if it is not fixed in a few hours, I must look for another solution. They act like I broke it, Google Postini broke itself.
At least the once a day report function works so I still can get my mostly worthless spam but it' delayed. Most email is junk but once in a while there is a gem in Google's Postini
I decided until Google fixes this I will just use the daily summary of spam report from Google that still works to deliver the 1/100 emails that are not spam.
I can't even view my e-mail. This is very frustrating. How long have they been working on this? Because it is 4 of JULY and it seems that it STILL is not fixed.
